Our Fees:
- Property Tax Masters charges a one-time, upfront fee of $20 upon acceptance of our terms and conditions to cover administrative costs and other expenses such as mailing and filing.
- Upon successful completion of your property reassessment, we will collect 0.5% of your first year assessed reduction. Remember, your tax savings will continue each year until the county reassesses your property and determines that there has been an appreciation in value.
